Lynn A. Hill, M.D. - Senior Executive
Dr. Hill obtained his undergraduate degree at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and his medical degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Hill is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Hill has been involved in establishing each of the EMS practice locations and founded the Hawaii practice.
Mark O. Scott, D.O., MBA - Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Scott obtained his undergraduate education at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois, with a BA in Communications and as a Distinguished Military ROTC Graduate (top 5% nationally). Having served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Dr. Scott holds a variety of leadership positions in Military Intelligence. Following the military, and after several years of experience in various management positions, Dr. Scott decided to pursue a career in medicine. He obtained his medical education from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Scott completed one year of Family Practice training at the University of South Carolina, in Columbia, SC followed by an Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program at the University of South Carolina. He also obtained his MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Scott is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Frank Pickering - Manager – Physician Recruitment and EMS Expansion
Following three years as an OR Tech in the US Army, Frank sold implantable pacemakers for several years with Medtronic, based in Minneapolis. Prior to joining EMS in July 2000, he owned and operated a retained physician search firm for 24 years. Responsible for recruiting all of our physicians and mid-level providers, Frank obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska, graduating with a B.S. in Biology in 1971.
