Lynn A. Hill, M.D. - Senior Executive
Dr. Hill obtained his undergraduate degree at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and his medical degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Hill is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Hill has been involved in establishing each of the EMS practice locations and founded the Hawaii practice.
Frank Pickering - Manager – Physician Recruitment and EMS Expansion
Following three years as an OR Tech in the US Army, Frank sold implantable pacemakers for several years with Medtronic, based in Minneapolis. Prior to joining EMS in July 2000, he owned and operated a retained physician search firm for 24 years. Responsible for recruiting all of our physicians and mid-level providers, Frank obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska, graduating with a B.S. in Biology in 1971.
Austin M. Gillard - Recruitment and Business Development
Prior to joining EMS, Austin operated a physician search firm for four years. Responsible for recruiting all of our physicians and mid-level providers, Austin obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas, graduating with a B.S. in Business Management and Leadership. Austin is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Health Administration from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
